1. AEM Integration Architect

Architect/Manager (AEM) Engineer provides technical leadership to the project team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the project architecture/SDLC. This includes planning, estimation, people management, issue resolution and quality assurance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clear communications skills
• Able to talk through and Design solutions
• Deep understanding of OO design
• Drive mid-level planning exercises with engineers
• Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
• Write bug-free code
• Facilitate workshops and client meetings

• Experience working with Offshore teams
• Can commute/Onsite to Oakbrook M-F Skills Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent military experience
• Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum 5+ years in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design
• Experience with one or more WCM packages, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to JAVA, J2EE, C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Win-Forms, Web-Forms, PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, EAI, ETL, etc.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills to “independently'' manage track of work.

2. Java Integration Architect

Main duties and responsibilities:

Job Summary

The Java Architect provides technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project, with specific focus on Java in a digital marketing solution ecosystem. The selected individual will have the right technical and architectural experience to drive design and implementation of aJava platform. Implementation and Development experience in Integration technologies and architectures (for e.g., Service Orchestration, Service Choreography, Event Driven Architecture, Messaging middleware, etc)

The client is a national leader who has engaged our team for a major, ongoing, and multi-tiered project.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively work with the account team to establish strategy for the account.
• Implement Java architecture, visualization and development processes.
• Coordinate globally dispersed development, QA, deployment and reuse.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise-wide trends.
• Utilize deep understanding of Java solutions to make appropriate decisions.
• Manage solution integration with external partners like Adobe and Oracle.
• Translate the client’s business requirements into systems design.
• Establish high, mid and micro level plans, and estimates for project teams.
• Identify and manage risk on project.

Job Requirements

• 5-10 years overall experience in professional software engineering
• Communications skills are necessary
• We prefer a working experience as a consultant across several domains/firms with an exposure to different technology platforms and architecture models is a huge plus
• 3+ years in the architect and/or lead engineer role managing, building and delivering business solutions.
• Java stack - JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 7, Spring/Hibernate/Maven, MySQL Server, and Eclipse
• Expert understanding in Java/J2EE/.NET/Spring Suite, SOA, ESB, WSO 2 Messaging, BPM, BRMS, Event Processing technologies. Ruby and Python preferred
• Implementation and Development experience in Integration technologies and architectures
• Hands on experience building APIs using SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, JMS, WS, etc.
• Strong experience in version control systems such as Git and RTC
• Experience in API Gateway infrastructure planning, installation and upgrades across multiple countries
• Strong communication skills and able to successfully articulate technology concepts to both business and technology audience
• Experience in the design of cloud native applications
• Proficient in the Agile SDLC development
• Exposure to DevOps
• Experience with Service Virtualization, Functional and Performance Tests is a big plus

3. C# /.NET architect

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Experience Architecting modular microservices based application using .NET / C# technology
• Understanding of industry best practices around microservices and resiliency design patterns (.Net Core, netflix OSS based concepts)
• Experience with building applications based on Microservices architecture (Experience with any of .Net Core or NodeJS or Play framework or similar frameworks is desirable).
• Build applications that are highly scalable, reliable and performant
• Understand how to build applications that are highly maintainable and support rapid deployments
• Understands factors that will impact performance of an application and can code in a manner to meet or exceed performance SLAs
• Implementing automated testing platforms, behavior driven tests (using Specflow) and unit tests (SOAPUI)
• Good understanding of overall architecture to help triage issues with stakeholders
